Not clear to me if I need to add forms or if I can adapt what has already been created. I need direction I am not finding the tool intuitive at all.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to know if you need to create new forms in the account or clone from the templates? If you can provide us with more information on the issue that you are experiencing so that we can further assist you.

I submitted multiple questions because it was not clear to me that my questions were getting through. After you submit the question the system takes the viewer directly to the question forum. This process is terrible. I have questions and only this clunky inefficient way to TRY and get answers. Why isn't there phone support or at the very least a chat feature. I am very disappointed in the product at this point.

Unfortunately, we are not offering telephone support at the moment. Please be noted that this support forum is our primary support. Your questions on this support forum shall be answered in a timely manner. We do have Chat support. However, it is enabled only when we are having manageable traffic to this support forum.
