How can I get the QR code displayed in email and Thank You Page?

    So I did what you said here: https://form.jotform.co/63470547045860 but I put the

    QR code as hidden because they only can see it in Thank You and Email Notification. But when I complete the process, I don't get the QR to display. Can you help me?

    I have checked your form and I can see the widget is not properly configured, the field label to encode you have set up does not exist on your form, please open the widget's wizard and enter the exact field's label you need to encode in the QR widget:

    You could also set the widget to hide the QR code image directly on the widget settings:

    I also noticed you have two QR code widgets, please make sure you're including the correct one, if the field set up to be encoded is empty, the QR code will not be generated and nothing will be displayed in emails nor thank you page.

    ok thank you but I have added the correct label now "Método de Pago" but still it is not displaying a QR code in email or thank you.

    I cloned your form and tested, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the QR code is showing in Thank you page and in the submission:

    Do you still have this issue?

    Since I didn't change anything in my clone of your form.
