Can we show/hide fields based on user input?

Asked by mking1423 on May 26, 2017 at 01:21 PM

Is there a way to make entry to a text box conditional on the previous yes/no question.  For example, we ask "Do you have a conflict of interest?" and have a yes/no answer box.  Then we have "If answer is yes, please describe" and have a text box.  I would like to have the text box be required if the answer is yes and not be required if the answer is no.
