Is the 10 monthly payment submissions limit for Free accounts per form or for the total?

Hello,

For the free account I understand we can collect 10 payments monthly. Is this 10 payments per form (i know we are limited to 5 forms) or is it 10 payments per month total, regardless of the number of forms we have?
