Client's Account is Suspended

We are launching a website for a client today and their JotForm account is suspended. Here is the form: https://form.jotform.com/71277522854158

Any ideas? This is an urgent request. 

I have just checked the account related to that form and I can see it is not suspended, the form is currently working too:

If you still cannot see your forms loading, please let us know.
