Is it possible to set the response options on a question based on the response to another question on a form?
For example, Q1 has the user choose "A or B" and Q2 has them choose "C or D." I then want Q3 to be "Q1 response or Q2 response."
The responses would need to display to the user so they know what they are choosing.

You could conditionally show different fields based on previous responses in the form. Here is our overall guide on conditional logic:
