Can't log in/ access emails

    This is my second query in trying to log into an existing account (an earlier email from Jotform gave the username as "oberonpoetry" and the account registration email as When I go the Jotform website and try to log in using username and password (both of these), I am refused entry.

    Meantime, I have a 100 plus emails sent a month or so ago that I desperately need to retrieve and forward and I don't know how to access them.

    I was told that certain emails were on/taken off the "bounce" list. I would like to add to the account to retrieve the old email submissions and be active for current/future submissions.

    If there's a way of "migrating" all email submissions to the address, that would be immensely helpful. Thanks.

    I have checked your account and I can see that it's active. Please click on "Forgot Password" in the login wizard to reset your password, then you will be able to login with the new password. Once you're in, you can change the email address in your account settings page, by opening this link: 

    And going to "EMAIL" and then "edit".
