Hi, I am trying to buy the silver plan but can't do my registration. Appears this message that the daily registration limits exceeded.can you help me? Thanks in advance. Adeir

This is the message that appears when I try to register myself. When I click to send this email the message says my email is also registered. But I can't remember mu user name. IF I ask for a new registration the email is not sent.

To my understanding, you are trying to upgrade your account to the Silver plan.
I have searched the email address you're trying to use with your registration. I see there are two guest accounts associated with it and I have deleted both of it hoping that will solve the issue you're having.
Can you try to sign up for an account again, please? You can still use the same username and email since both are available.
If, by any chance, you can not still register, try clearing your browser's data or use a different browser.
