Is there a way of putting a limit on how many forms I can receive?

Asked by Paul on July 23, 2012 at 06:43 AM

Basically, I'd like to use the form to encourage people to sign up to a training course but I have a limited number of spaces available.  Ideally, once the first 20 people have signed up, I'd like the form to be 'unavailable' or for a screen notification to declare that the session is full.  Is that possible?

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to limit form submissions and disable a form after reaching a particular number of submissions.

You will need to keep track of number of submissions manually and disable the form once the limit is reached. You can disable form by clicking on "Preferences" button and selecting "Disabled" for "Status".

We had to disable this feature temporarily. It is planned to be enabled back when the problem is resolved.
