Do I need to have an SSL certificate for my website?

    Hi,

If I use your form to create a series of order forms using stripe to take the payments, do I need to have SSL certificate on my website? Or do you take care of that?

Can I have a box which people have to tick to say they agree with the terms and conditions before buying?

    Thanks,

    Duncan

    Hello Duncan,

You do not need to have an SSL certificate if you would like to share a link to the form and your visitors will visit the form via its URL (example: https://www.jotform.com/form/12343423423).

But if you would like to embed the form and it being using SSL, you will need to have a certificate for your website.

For your other concern, I have moved it on to another thread. We will respond to you with your terms and conditions inquiry in a short while.

    Thanks.
