i completed a form requesting services from Barefoot Cleaners in Greensboro, NC. The response email from JotForm is still in my inbox months later and will not load or delete.
It loaded when I received it and I left it there as a reminder. After a week or two, I tried to delete it and I have tried since with no luck.

If this is a concern on your email inbox, unfortunately we do not have any control on your email so this is something that we can't do something on our part.
Anyhow, can you give us an idea on your email reader if this is a browser-based email reader or you are using an application such as Eudora, MS Outlook and the like?
- A WheelingAnswered on May 27, 2017 at 07:43 PMMy email is Yahoo.com, I'm using an iPad on home wi-fi through Spectrum. Your form is the only message not loading and deleting or moving other messages is not a problem. In fact, deleting this message is not a problem.

This is not something common, so please try to open or remove the message via https://mail.yahoo.com using a desktop device to see if that makes any difference.
If this does not help, let us know.
