Submit Button & Preview Before Submit Widget Won't Work

Asked by StrawberryDesi on May 27, 2017 at 10:18 AM

On my Manuel Memorial On Line Order Form 02, my Preview Before Submit widget won't allow my form users to review the form.  Sometimes it doesn't even give the Preview Before Submit option.  It just skips that and reads: "Submit".  And, most of the time, the Submit button won't work either.  I have several forms and I have this problem with many of my customers.  They complete the form and the Submit button won't work.  Please help.

    Thank you!

I was able to preview the entries on your form by using the widget. However, I noticed an issue where you cannot get passed to the last page where the preview button is added.  For example, when you select two or more options from the General Product Information page, you cannot go to the last, you'll get stuck in the Requested Delivery Profile page.

I think the problem in the back/next button is affecting the Preview Before Submit widget. I will check this thoroughly, I'll let you know when I found something that would fix this.

For the meantime, remove and add the widget in the form. Then, if the form is embedded, use our iframe embed method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
