Why am I always on your bounce list? Why do you hide from customers?

    ATT.net is blocking our form emails due to spam. But note that we are not sending any spam from our forms. I checked the health of the IP address that has been posted in the bounce reason, and it is no longer on the blacklist. 

    Here's from our bounce log:

    j*****d@att.net is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 553 5.3.0 flph394 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 129.121.97.169

     

    We are not hiding anything, but we also cannot control ATT.net anti-spam settings. What you can do to fix the problem are the following:

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender or contact list on your ATT.net email address.

    2. If you have the option to whitelist a domain, add jotform.com in the list. 

     

    Note that we won't add an email address from our bounce list if the receiving end or hosting will accept the form emails. To know more about the bounce issue, please check this guide:
