    Hello,

Announcements were sent during September and October 2016. The Bronze users should be limitted to 25 forms, however, existing Bronze accounts should not be directly affected. In your case, you were allowed to keep the existing 109 forms,  but will be limited to create new forms, you may modify your existing forms though.

If you have additional questions, please let us know.

    Regards.

I didn't receive any email regarding this Policy Announcement and this existing 109 form I can't clone my form. I would like that this amount is given as quota and able me to clone my form in the amount given. Otherwise its very difficult for me to work this way.

We are understanding your concern about this form limitation. However, this limit is applied as a company decision.

On the other hand, We always have a policy to not put our users a bad position due these kinds of changes. So, your existence forms are grandfathered. It means that, you can use all the active forms you have (109 forms) but you will not be allowed to create new form unless you delete or disable your forms to open limit. If you would like to keep your current forms but want to be able to create new forms, I'm afraid there is no other way except upgrade your account. It is the form limit according to plans:

If there will be a new campaign or something else to help you to increase you form limit, You will be notified via this thread.

If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.

As an alternative, you might archive the forms in order to just keep less than 25 active forms and create new ones, otherwise you would need to upgrade to Silver.

Archiving does not fix the problem.  And once we archive, it will not allow us to unarchive a form to use it again unless we upgrade.

I'm done.  We rely on our forms and have been your customers for many years.  Integrations stop working randomly and without warning. There are "upgrades" that you all seem so freaking happy about but you fix one thing and break six more.  Now this.  That's it - I need these forms to go live on the first for my business to function.  I find out 90 minutes before midnight that you have done this! There is not time to backup existing forms and delete to remain with our current submission and I refuse to pay you people any more month each month for the substandard service that you offer.  Jotform used to be an awesome service - but not now.  Not for a while.  I have considered leaving before and stayed hoping things would improve, but it's just not worth whatever comes next with you people.  Formstack here we come lock, stock and barrel!

We have been running a few of our forms over on their platform for the past 12 months just in case things really went south.  I am glad we did.  This was the push I needed to move the rest.

And not for nothing, but in the past 12 months - we have had NO ISSUES WITH FORMSTACK! With you - we have had numerous issues.  Sorry Jotform - your fired!
