I got a message saying my account was suspending. I run a nonprofit and use these forms for the grant work that we do which requires asking all kinds of questions. I was thinking about buying the service down the road but if its going to do this crap. No way! respond ASAP!!!!!

I have checked and your account with username 410Ministries is autosuspended by our phishing system because of your [Imported Form] Online surveys - Free online survey software - Customer satisfaction surveys - Employee survey - Online questionnaires form. Inside of that form there is a password field and it is against our Terms of use to collect login credentials such as password.

Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

I saw that you have deleted mentioned form. I have purge it from Trash folder and I have activated your account. Your forms are working now and you should be able to login to your account.

Considering that you run a nonprofit, I would suggest you to apply for non-profit discount, if you decide to upgrade your account.
