Email Notifications: My form recipients with Comcast address are not getting the form emails

Asked by jimla on May 28, 2017 at 04:09 PM
notifications. I have repeatedly removed their addresses from the JotForm bounce list. Adding noreply@jotform.com to their contact lists does not fix the problem. My next step will be setting up a Gmail SMTP mail server. This problem could affect lots of JotForm users.

If the problem persist after setting up your own SMTP, let us know, so we can forward this to our back-end team for further help.

You might also want to whitelist our sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Hi,

The email logs did not show failed delivery to recipients with Comcast email addresses, but their addresses were on the bounce list. I changed the SMTP email server from JotForm to Gmail and the Comcast recipients are now receiving notifications.

Thank you for keeping us posted on this matter. Glad to know that changing the SMTP email server to Gmail let the Comcast recipients received the notifications.

If you have other concerns or need further assistance, please let us know.
    Regards.
