Adding email@example.com to their contact lists does not fix the problem. My next step will be setting up a Gmail SMTP mail server. This problem could affect lots of JotForm users.

The email logs did not show failed delivery to recipients with Comcast email addresses, but their addresses were on the bounce list. I changed the SMTP email server from JotForm to Gmail and the Comcast recipients are now receiving notifications.

Thank you for keeping us posted on this matter. Glad to know that changing the SMTP email server to Gmail let the Comcast recipients received the notifications.
