Why has my form been disabled?

    We have a system which detects the phishing fields in forms and this system suspends the accounts and disables the forms if there are fields that include phishing fields.

    I checked your account and found that your account has been suspended because of phishing.
    These fields are against to our Terms of Use. According to our terms of use, Jotform users cannot collect sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.
    Please let us delete these fields in order to re-activate your Jotform account.
