    Download PDF Submissions: Failing to download multiple PDF submissions

    I have failed multiple tries to download my submissions as PDF , with total file size less than 25MB per file. The windows show that download is completed, however on my browser it failed mid way through the download.


    The only workaround is to download them in single file which is very time consuming and not convenient. I used to be able to download in batch with no problem previously. Please help.

    Thank you for your reply. I am still experiencing this issue although i
    have reduced the number of submission per PDF to 7 submission only. Can you
    kindly help to look into this matter, please?
    Appreciate your help on sending me the pdf files. I will download the
    submission when available. Thanks.
