    Dear Sir,

We designed a form which allows international students to apply for a study abroad at our business school.

Our application deadline is on June 1st.  Unfortunately, this form has exceeded its allocated quota.

Could you please give us the instructions to follow?

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards,

    Guylaine ZIRCON

    Dear Zircon,

It seems your account has exceeded its upload space, submission storage and creating form limits.

Forms: Jotform users who are in our free plan cannot create more than 5 forms. So, you should delete some of your forms in order to create a new one.

Upload Space: The increase of the upload space usage is affected by the file submissions made by your users to your form/s. In order to reduce this space, what you need to do is to delete submissions which have uploaded files linked to it. However, please take note that once you have deleted your forms' submissions, these cannot be retrieved. So you might want to download first your files via the submissions page should you need to have a copy stored on your computer.  This guide will teach you how: How to Download the Submission Files

Submission Storage: If you delete some of your submissions, such as in the "Upload Space" limit, it will also allow the submission storage limit to fall.

If you want to remove these limits, you need to upgrade your account to the plan which suits the best to your needs.
