What happens to my data when I downgrade my account?

If you decide to downgrade your account, your data will still be securely stored like it always has been and as long as it does not go over the total submission storage on free accounts which is 500. Also, your forms will be disabled if you go over the monthly submission limit on your downgraded plan or any other limit, such as the number of forms. You can check your submission and data storage levels by clicking on the account icon on the top right of your page when logged in and reviewing the progress bars.

    Hello kursusp4,

What happens to my data when I downgrade my account?

Please note that submission storage limit of free account is 500 submissions and that means you can only retain upto 500 submissions in your account. When you downgrade your account to free plan, all older submissions in excess of 500 will be deleted.

    Example:

If you have 850 submissions in your account and then you downgrade to free plan, the oldest 350 submissions will be deleted.

if i deleted all the 500 records/submission, can i submit more records as long as the total space remain under 500 records/submission?

Yes you can delete the submissions from your forms and all new submissions will be retained provided its under 500 submissions.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
