How to edit "Password" and "Security Token" of existing Salesforce integration?

If your SalesForce security token or password changes, which isn't rare, you cannot edit your integration parameters (even though you choose "Edit"). You have to remove the SalesForce integration and redo it. This looks very much like a bug that needs to be fixed.

    Hello Ketzie,

Do you mean to say that you want to change the "Password" and "Security Token" of your form's Salesforce integration?

If its is allowed to change the password or security token of existing Salesforce integration, it would cause the integration to break. I am not sure if this is a bug as but let me forward your request to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon we have any update from our backend team.

    Thank you!

Let me try to be clearer.

There are times when you have to change your password in Salesforce. When you do this, a new security token is automatically generated. From this point, Jotform will no longer authenticate with SalesForce.  So, to allow the Jotform SalesForce integration to continue to work, it needs to be edited.  Unfortunately, the edit cannot be saved because the "Save" button isn't available. The only solution seems to be to delete the integration and start over. This is a bug.

    Hello Ketzie,

When your Salesforce account's credentials including security token are changed, an error message ('Invalid username, password, security token; or user locked out') is displayed on your Salesforce integration settings page.

You can edit your credentials and click on the Authenticate button. Please check the screenshot below:

    Kind regards.
