SalesForce integration: How to send submissions to "Opportunities object" instead of list.

My organization uses SalesForce primarily for recording Membership information: Personal details, amount paid, date of payment, etc. (for now). We use the Non Profit Sales Pack (NPSP) version of SalesForce.

To use SalesForce correctly for Membership, the data should be recorded in the Opportunities object. Unfortunately, Opportunities are not in the Jotform list of objects that can be accessed.

If the amount paid or the date of the transaction, etc, is written directly into the Accounts or Contacts object, it is automatically erased during the nightly processing.

Are there any plans to extend the SalesForce integration to cover a wider range of possibilities, or there some other ways to deal with this?

Please note that SalesForce integration is currently limited to sending submission to SalesForce contacts, leads or account lists. 

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement of "Opportunities object". Can you please let us know some more information on this? Is it a custom list of SalesForce? Please let us know and we will take a look and if required send a feature request to our backend team.

In NPSP SaleForce, "Opportunities" is another table. It's shown on the highest level menu, after Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.

Opportunities is used to record Donations, Grants, Goods or Services, and Membership.

There can be more than one Opportunities record / Contact. For example, each year when a person pays his membership, an Opportunities record would be created, and the sums of all the years of membership is automatically copied into the Contact record each night.

Thank you for explaining your requirement. As explained earlier, current SalesForce integration is limited to sending submission to SalesForce contacts, leads or account lists only. It is not possible to create opportunities in SalesForce.

I am creating a feature request ticket and forwarding it to our backend team. Please note that creating a feature request does not ensure that it will be implemented. It completely depends upon the priority and feasibility of our backend team. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
