We currently have a form with your website which emails us details regarding print jobs, today the form we receive from the website is incorrect as there is no data on it at all (See attachment).
Please let us know if you are experiencing any issues and when we can expect this to get resolved.

I see that the provided form is associated with the account HaukeAcme. I have checked the email history log of the account and see that email notifications are being sent with all the form submitted data normally. The submissions also seem to be received normally.
Did you experience this issue with only one submission or more? Could you let us know the submission ID(s) of the form to check the issue further?
