How to turn my current fillable PDF invoice into a Jotform to look and feel the same?

Our business uses a fillable PDF for all of our invoices with our technicians submitting hundreds of invoices a day via email on their iPads.  We like the functionality that Jotform provides and want to replace our PDF but don't want to sacrifice the look our current form.  How can we do this?

You may import your fillable PDF forms to JotForm from the following link.

    https://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

A JotForm will be created by reading the fields on the PDF form so that you may apply the invoice template design to the created form to look like the same as your PDF form.

You may take a look at the following guide that can help you with basic tutorials of advanced form designer.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

I have tried the importer but I keep getting an error message saying there are no contents in my file?  could it be because it's not a FormsCentral PDF?

    Hi,

It needs to be a FormsCentral form, otherwise I'm afraid it's not possible to import PDFs and create forms out of them.

Alternatively, you can create your own form and use our form designer to style it to look like your PDF.

Let us know if you need any further help.

    Thank you!
