Why is my account disabled?

    Hi. I'm still recieving this mail: JOTFORM ACCOUNT DISABLED.


    Can you help me please?

    I have checked your account and see that the form views are exceeded by 2000 views. I see that the form views are already reset by our colleague on the other thread a few days ago. Please note that the Free accounts are limited to receive only 1000 form views. We can reset the counter of the account once in the account lifetime and unfortunately, cannot reset the counter again. 

    We request you to upgrade your account to a paid subscription plan to enable the forms. You may wait for the form submission/views counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
