    Conditions & Show Hide Rules

Asked by bmwx21 on July 23, 2012 at 03:23 PM

I have set up some rules to have a field show when someone selects the answer "SERVICES" or "PRODUCTS". If they select products (see capture) that field opens for them to enter the products. Same goes if the select services.

However one of the possible choices or answers is "Both products & Service" and I wanted it to then show both the product field and the services field. I tried but cant get it to work so that when they choose the "both" answer that both the Services & Products fields show up. Right now its one or the other.

    Any work arounds for this?

You would need to add a newl rule to each condition. For example :

"if DOES YOUR BUSINESS field Equals to BOTH A PRODUCT&...

then show DO YOU KNOW WHAT...."

I hope this provides you a guide on how to modify the current conditional logics
