Please send my email company a test email so they can get the headers from the email to fix my bouncing problem.

    I have been working with comcast to get the bouncing email issue resolved. They don't seem to have any emails coming from you and you say that you are having no problems on your end. They have asked me to have you send them a test emial to with Ticket #245661332 in the subject line. Will you also send me a quick response letting me know if you did this. I can then continue working with them.

    I just sent them an email through my form. You can share them this test form just in case they want to send a test again: or simply create your own and add them as a recipient.
