How to delete clear IDxxx field

I'm not sure if I understood your question.
Are you referring to the conditions list or to the list of fields in a condition?
Do note that a field may appear repeatedly if it is involved in more than one condition, currently there is not a way to handle which fields in a condition will be displayed or not.

To delete/remove a field on the form, just select the field and click on the Delete/Remove icon.

I reviewed your form and I noticed an issue with the form's Conditions.

There were several existing condition statement on the form that have error due to deleted fields used.

I suggest you clean the Conditions to avoid any issue with it. You should delete/remove those condition rules that have missing error field on them. Or correct those that still needed by updating the condition statement.
