Submission ID too long, can you make Submission ID start at number 1?

It appears your submission id is like 20 numbers long.  Can you make Submission ID start at number 1? I don't see why my forms submission ID should go in the order for the other submissions of your other FORM customers.  We really need this feature, otherwise the form may not suit us, and we may have to look to alternatives.
