    Why are so many of my clients getting billed multiple times with your forms?

    I have numerous clients complaining about being charged multiple times and we are losing money each time wew have to refund these clients. Is there a way to disable the submit button after a client hits submit and the only way for the button to come back is to refresh the page?

    May we get the form where you're experiencing the issue? 

    We will test on our end and make sure there is not any issue, although we are constantly monitoring our forum in order to catch issues quickly and resolve them.

    Thank you for the form, I have cloned it and I cannot replicate the issue; however, do note that if your users reload the thank you page the submission may be duplicated. 

    Please, try with the unique submissions feature, if you still see the issue persists, do let us know.
