I can't create a new form

    When I attempt to create a new form, I keep receiving an error message saying we have reached our limit and need to upgrade the account. I deleted some of our unused forms, but I kept receiving the error message.  What is going on?

    This is a new limit that has been applied. Bronze accounts are limited to 25 forms.

    I see you have more than 25, however, they will still be available, but you will not be able to create more forms.
