    Hello,

As far as I check your website, I couldn't see any JotForm embedded in your website. Let me suggest you open a free JotForm account at the following link in order to create online forms: www.jotform.com/signup

All of the forms have been secured by default in JotForm and our forms have been used "https" as you can see in the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/blog/175-All-Forms-are-Now-Secure-by-Default-The-SSL-Limits-on-Free-Accounts-are-Lifted-

Regarding your question: Maybe, the web developer who designed your website did not use secured pages. Using https will provide secure access to web pages while Http doesn't. For further detailed information, you can check the following guide: https://www.instantssl.com/ssl-certificate-products/https.html

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks.
