How to cancel the deleted form

Hello,

You can recover your deleted form by following these steps:

1. Go to your My Forms Page

2. Click the Trash button

3. Click on your deleted form, and then click Restore.

4. Click My Forms button to view the restored Form

Please note however that if you have purged the form in your trash page, this can no longer be recovered.
