I presume when you say "cancel" you are requesting that your account to be deleted?
Your account is in "Free" plan and there's no paid subscription that needs to be cancelled. You can stay in "Free" plan as long as you like, it is not required to a upgrade paid subscription.
But let us know if you indeed would like to delete your account.
