Why my form is not redirecting to PayPal after submission?

    We have a problem with our form titled Training Programme - Accreditation Fee

     

    It should direct to this link if the event ID is completed https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr - it used to work but has just stopped for some strange reason.

    Can you help?

    I checked your form and saw that you're using webhooks integration and the error you mentioned is happening on PayPal's side:

    Could you please share the PHP file you used, since I'm not sure what could be the issue.

    Also, you could check this discussion from PayPal since they experienced similar issues.

    Im not sure what you mean by PHP file?  We have the paypal button on our website and I've just added a link on the form to this: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

     

    Its been working for a long time and nothing has changed at our end, any ideas?

    The URL is: https://breathworks.opencrm.co.uk/webforms/jotforms%20API/processJotform.php

    So I meant about that PHP file.

    Is that the form where this issue is occurring since I was able to replicate there?

    Hi there,

    Yes this is the form where the issue is occurring, however I don't think I've used webhooks (but I might not be understanding the terminology), I added this as a condition on the form,

    I'm a bit confused now, to be honest.

    So, this is the situation, your form is integrated with Webhooks:

    And you have the condition, that is disabled by the way that redirects:

    And your form is redirecting to PayPal anyway since the PayPal is integrated into the form.

    So could you please let us know how exactly your form should work?

    Did you set Webhooks?

    And why you need this link in condition: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?
