My account is still locked because of the "autosuspended" but i don't get what would have cause that. Just created my second form before the account was locked. The form was a "login" i made so i could use to log users to my webpage. Is this why i was locked out of my account ?

Yes, the login form is causing the auto suspension. I see that you have already deleted the form so I have reactivated your account. If you still have it in your trash folder, please purge it from there.

Is the system down? I have not been able to login this morning and it looks as though the CSS is not being read. Also, we're seeing that some fields are not displaying on our forms. Please advise.
