I have submitted several submissions of my form on different devices and they are not showing up. It still says I have 0 submissions.

I think you are confused with the way how you setup the form. You have a condition that redirects users to page 3 where the thank you message is displayed. When you are redirected to this page, that doesn't mean the form is already submitted. You have to submit the form by clicking the submit button.
The last page or page 3 doesn't have a submit button, so I would suggest adding one there. But I would also suggest modifying the message, add a text that would instruct users to submit the form.
