Our account is still suspended and no one is responding to my emails. Can someone help me?

When I check your Jotform account whose username is "mph1110", I see that it hasn't been suspended. If you are talking about another suspended JotForm account, would you please let us know its username so that we can inspect it in detail?

I did check your account "smssteiger" and found that it is suspended because of a subscription payment dispute from credit card company. For now, we will not be able to activate your account.
