Please activate my form again!!

I received thousands of fake and spam emails from China and so I went over my limit. Please check submissions to confirm my claim. Please activate my form immediately. I do not need more space, and I did not exceed my space if it was not for the spam emails I received today.

I reset your submission count to what it was before the spam.  Please take the precautions listed in your other thread to ensure they do not continue:
