How can I add the ''I am not a robot'' image to my form?

    In general, your site seems pretty messed up right now. Text only, in many different colors. No logo, no log in area, etc.

    Regarding the "I am not a robot" image, I believe you are referring to the Google reCaptcha widget, which you can easily add to your form: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_recaptcha
