Like linking two drop-down fields via a condition

Tengo los departamentos  de colombia y requiero  que  en otra lista desplegable  me salgan los municipios pero del departamento seleccionado

I have the departments of Colombia and I require that in another drop-down list I leave the municipalities but the department selected

example

Valley apartment

Municipalities cali, jamundi, buga palmira

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that you link two dropdowns based on a condition? If you want to display different options in the dropdown, you may consider having different dropdows for each option and then display them by setting up conditions on the form as already mentioned by our colleague in the other thread.
