Hello,
I started using JotForm last year for a scholarship fund that I manage. Last year, the applications came in and I didn't need to separate them, because it was the first year I was using JotForm. Now, it's my second year, and I would like to keep last year's applications in a separate folder from the ones that are coming in this year. What is the best way to achieve this? thanks!

There is no way you can separate submissions in a folder. The folder option is for forms, not for the submissions. I would suggest cloning the original form then publish the cloned form. This way, all new submissions will be made in the cloned form.
