My forms are not displayed

    Hello, the plan change and the payment I made yesterday so I do not understand how in a day it can be in overlimit. I am also trying to have the change done to Silver and I am not accepting the payment system with the card. I need my forms to be displayed. The truth is that he had never had any problems before with Jotform. Please look at what problem is happening. Thanks and regards

    I have checked your account subscription and see that it is currently holding the Bronze monthly subscription. The earlier Storage subscription was already canceled and has been refunded with the Bronze upgrade to your account. 

    However, the account is set to overlimit now since the account has reached the form views limit with more than 14000 form views for the month. You may change the account subscription plan to Silver to enable the forms from the billing section or you may wait for the form views/submission counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
