Submissions downloads failing and slow JotForm response

    We are experiencing extremely slow response to locate forms and download to Excel.   The downloads will fail completely at times.  It Doesn't matter if we are searching for one form, or a group of forms.

    We are not currently facing any performance issues. Are you still facing the issue?

    You may try to access the service using a different Internet Service Provider to see if that makes any difference.
