My account is showing that I need to upgrade

    Hi,

    I contacted you previously about a problem with a form from the same person submitting multiple times which caused a flood of forms to my inbox.  You explained about the unique submission and I corrected that.  

    My account is showing that I'm still out of space but we are now in a new month and someone from jotform supposedly re-set my account.

     

    Can you check on this and re-set my account so I may continue to use it?

    Your account seems to be fine. The current monthly submissions usage is 71 out of 100.

    The system will automatically reset the submissions counter to 0 on June 1st.
