Can you partially fill out form?

We have a equipment rental agreement and goal was to partially fill out form for customer once job is initially serviced and send them partially competed form for their review and signature approval.

Are you looking for an approval type of form? Unfortunately, we don't have an out of the box tool that can create this type of workflow. However, you can achieve this function in your form by using the email alerts, edit link, form collapse tool and multiple conditions.
