The message is marked as successfully sent according to the email history. I would like to suggest checking a Spam folder via https://mail.google.com.

You might also consider using our standard sender, or you own SMTP for a better delivery.

To use gmail via SMTP requires my clients username and password. He is a bit suspicious. I don't understand much about this, how could I explain this to him technically?

Thanks for your help, I actually left your competitors Wufoo, just because your customer service is always the best I have ever seen!

When the SMTP sender is used the email message are being sent from that sender's inbox. The username and password are required for authorization by STMP server to send the messages.

It is not required to use some specific SMTP account, for example, you can register another Gmail account for this purpose, or use any other SMTP provider.

    Thank you.
