    Form autoresponder emails not sending

    I'm not getting and responder emails. I had a customer tell me they hadn't received theirs so I tested on two different forms multiple times. 

    Everything worked perfectly on the free account but now that I upgraded, all kinds of bugs, what gives?

    I checked the autoresponders for your form and they look to be setup properly.  When I checked the email history for your account, I did not see any failed emails.  There are several autoresponders set up for that form, are none sending?  Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there.

    Nothing is going to spam.  The two test emails listed for Cynthia and, further down, Derrick Scott were not received (at least). Where is the email history?

    You can check your email history by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    With regarding your missing emails, if you are using an email client application such as Eudora or MS Outlook, and the emails are not found in your spam/junk mail folder, please visit your webmail instead (gmail.google.com) and check your spam folder there. Chances are, the emails landed on the spam folder there which prevented your email client app to download/sync your emails to your email client.
