Informacion de cantidad de formularios

Buenas tardes

hemos comprado en octubre de 2016 el plan bronze pero al dia de hoy no nos permite crear mas formularios, queremos saber si el plan nos limita a crear mas formularios y si eliminamos formularios nos permite crear los que necesitamos.

Yes, there is a limit on the number of active forms an account can have, this was applied on September 19, 2016. 

However, since your account was created before the limit was applied, your account was grandfathered and your existing forms are active, now if you need to create a new form then you will need to disable those forms over the limit. 

You could upgrade your account in case you need to keep all of your forms active, you will find the forms limit per plan on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-enable-disable-a-form
