Responder email

I have created a form.. however the email received by the form filler has on the bottom of the email "Now create a Jotform its free" how can i remove this from the forwarded email?

I have cleared your forms cache, please try deleting the notification and autoresponder, and create them again, the branding should be removed now. Let us know if you need more help.
